  • We primarily serve Dacula, Georgia, and the North Georgia area. If you have a listing outside this region, contact us to discuss availability and potential travel fees.

  • You can easily book a shoot by calling, or emailing. Our online scheduling system will be up and running soon. We recommend scheduling at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

  • Our standard package includes 25-30 high-resolution HDR images, fully edited and delivered within 24 hours.

  • Absolutely! Our FAA-certified drone pilots capture stunning aerial images and videos to showcase your property from a unique perspective. Weather conditions and airspace restrictions may apply.

  • We deliver photos within 24 hours and videos within 48 hours. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

  • You’ll receive a secure download link via email, providing access to high-resolution images and video files.

  • For the best results, ensure the home is clean, clutter-free, and well-lit. We recommend turning on all lights, opening blinds, ceiling fans off, and removing personal items. We provide a pre-shoot checklist to help sellers get their property ready.

  • We do not provide physical staging but can recommend virtual staging services to enhance vacant property listings.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a $50.00 fee.

  • If outdoor shots (such as drone photography) are affected by weather, we will reschedule or offer alternatives.
